WHY MENTOR PASTORS?
Mentoring is life-on-life training to bring transformation in a pastor’s life, so that he is educated, trained, healed, and assisted in his ministry. The ultimate goal for this unique GTC ministry is to focus attention on pastors in the areas of: character transformation, ministerial effectiveness, accountability, theological education and knowledge of the doctrines of grace. Many pastors do not have formal education.
