“Having just returned from two weeks of teaching in both Medellin and Cali, I can once again attest to God’s powerful work in the protestant church of Colombia. I was on a mission to teach for the Latin American Reformed seminary located in Medellin. My course, titled “What is Reformed Theology.” I was delighted to see more than forty-five students in the class and eager to learn. I have been teaching in Colombia for eight years and this class represented the most engaged and diligent students that I have had the privilege to instruct. In addition to the Colombian students, many were also from several other Latin countries including Guatemala, Venezuela, Belize and Brazil. This attests to the seminary’s growing scope of influence beyond the nation of Colombia. My wife even had the opportunity to use her gifts in the kitchen while cooking several meals for the students during our stay.
